The device is a portable micronized nasal shower for aerosol therapy.

The device consists of a basic unit containing a micro pneumatic compressor and a rechargeable battery. On the upper part there is the medicine tray with its nebulization bell.

Operation is via rechargeable battery and the charge status is indicated by 3 LED lights. The drive allows the liquid contained in the tray to be nebulized via an atomizer into the nasal cavities.

Excess fluid and nasal secretions are collected in a cavity between the two bells. The device is a micronized nasal shower for aerosol therapy that allows the treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract and the physiological (with saline, hypertonic or thermal water) and/or therapeutic (with drugs) washing of the nasal cavities. The device produces a jet of micronized solution which, directed into the nasal cavities, promotes hydration, fluidification and the removal of mucus and phlegm.

How to use:
Warning: Liquid penetration into the handpiece will result in damage to the electrical components and a safety hazard to the user. Before proceeding with the operations indicated below, disassemble the accessories from the handpiece, to perform these operations make sure that the power cable is not connected to the USB socket of the device.
Base Unit:
-Cleaning: Cannot be cleaned under water. Use a soft damp cloth; A neutral non-abrasive detergent can be used.
- Disinfection: Use a sponge or soft cloth moistened with a cold disinfectant solution (such as a solution with a sodium hypochlorite concentration of no more than 2%), following the instructions indicated by the manufacturer of the same. Check that the solution is compatible with the material from which the base unit is made.
-Sterilization: there is no sterilization cycle.
Top components:
-Cleaning: they can be washed with hot water (approx. 40°C) using detergent (dosed according to the detergent manufacturer's instructions) and rinsed under running water. When all parts have been cleaned they can be dried with a soft cloth and stored.
-Disinfection: after being washed, they can be immersed in a cold disinfectant solution (such as a solution with a sodium hypochlorite concentration of no more than 2%), following the instructions indicated by the manufacturer of the same. You can disinfect the accessories by boiling them in water for a maximum of 10 minutes: the components must not be in direct contact with the bottom of the pot.
-Sterilization: they are compatible with the autoclave sterilization cycle at 121°C for at least 15 min. (max 30 min.) for up to 20 cycles.
