MAGUS Stereo 7TH Microscope Head

The microscope head is used in conjunction with a universal stage and a focusing attachment. It is designed to observe three-dimensional objects and the details of their structure while maintaining the virtual volume and clarity of the surface relief.
The Greenough optical design allows a wide depth of field and produces three-dimensional images thanks to a 15° stereo angle. The microscope head magnifies the image of an object without losing spatial orientation.
The headboard, mounted on a universal stage, can be used for restoration, welding, assembly, quality control and other similar tasks.

Microscope head type

The microscope head is trinocular, the digital camera is installed on the trinocular tube by means of a C-mount adapter. Additional auxiliary objective lenses with different magnification are available.
The starter kit includes 10x/22 mm eyepieces with diopter adjustment and a long eye relief for use with glasses.

Zoom

The objective lens smoothly increases magnification up to 6.7x without focus reduction. The optical design produces a straight (not inverted) three-dimensional image. The additional auxiliary objectives can increase the magnification range, as well as change the microscope's field of view and working distance.

Fixings

There is a line of accessories for this microscope.
Eyepieces and auxiliary objectives can extend the magnification range of the microscope.
C-mount adapters connect the camera to the microscope, the magnification of the adapter is selected according to the size of the camera matrix.
A digital camera transmits the microscope image to a monitor.
A calibration slide allows precise measurement of samples. The scale value on the calibration slide of stereoscopic microscopes is 0.1 mm.
Ring illuminator for shadow-free illumination of the work area for observations in reflected light.
A ring illuminator with a polarizer will remove reflections from captured images of polished metal surfaces.
A ring illuminator with sector change and flexible neck light is used for fine-tuning the work area lighting. The light is set at the selected angle and creates the highlights and shadows needed for the study, while keeping the correct part of the sample illuminated.
Universal mounts expand the work area and give you more freedom to choose the position of the microscope head above the work area.
