Defibtech electrodes for Lifeline View/ECG and Pro
These electrodes (plates) can be pre-connected to the Defibtech Lifeline View defibrillator to save time when needed. Both on the envelope and on the plates themselves it is clearly indicated how they should be positioned on the chest.

Defibrillation electrodes have a layer of gel that conducts the shock. After a certain period of time this gel dries out. For this reason, all electrodes have an expiration date after which they should no longer be used. The expiration date can be found on the back of the envelope.

Connecting and storing the Defibtech Lifeline View plates
The plates can be kept inside a special slot on the back of the AED; the cable, on the other hand, must be pre-connected in the appropriate socket. It is very easy to replace the pads as needed and the AED gives an error if it does not find the pre-connected pads. Any spare pairs can be stored inside the convenient carrying bag.
