MEDIHONEY Tulle 3-Ply (3 folds aka 3 sizes) is a gauze dressing consisting of a durable tulle bandage, impregnated with MEDIHONEY MEDICAL HONEY

ANTIBACTERIAL (20 gr minimum).
It is not adherent.
It is non-absorbent.
Its action makes it possible to:
• provide an optimal moist environment for wound healing;
• protect the lesion by creating an antibacterial barrier even against antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria;
• remove bad odor;
• reduce the risk of bacterial infections;
• activate rapid and effective autolytic debridement of slough, necrotic tissue and fibrin

• Ulcers in the lower limbs;
