This is an antimicrobial hydroalginate dressing with EASYLIFT Precision Film technology that allows painless removal and effective protection of the new tissue while minimizing the detachment of the fibers.

Silvercel Non-Adherent Dressing works against a wide variety of pathogenic wound germs, including MRSA, MRSE, and VRE. This antimicrobial effect is ensured by a sustained release of silver ions, which lasts up to 7 days, depending on the condition of the wound and the level of exudate.

The dressing is a non-woven pad composed of alginate, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and silver-coated nylon fibers, with EASYLIFT Precision Film technology integrated into a non-adherent wound contact layer.
