A clear hydroactive amorphous hydrogel containing sodium alginate that gently and effectively debrides necrotic wound tissue and fibrinous necrotic tissue.

Nu-Gel hydrogel with alginate creates a moist wound healing environment, which aids in natural autolytic debridement by promoting moist wound healing, while the alginate component improves wound absorption capabilities. The gel can also be used to soften and hydrate eschar by facilitating rehydration.

Sterile primary dressing based on hydrophilic polymers with high water content, for the treatment of necrotic or fibrinous tissues, both superficial and deep.
It has an amorphous hydrogel base (propylene glycogel+aqueous gel) with the addition of sodium alginate. To remove it, simply irrigate the wound with sterile saline solution.

Directions:
it penetrates inside the necrotic tissue, in the accumulations of dry fibrin and in the escare and rehydrates the tissues allowing the removal of the tissue in an atraumatic way. At the same time, it penetrates deeply, moistens and protects the wound bed. It absorbs exudate avoiding maceration of the wound and creates the optimal moist microenvironment.
