The focusing stand is a structural element of a stereo microscope that secures the microscope head to the stand. By turning the coaxial knobs, the microscope head is focused on the object of study.
The MAGUS FM3 focus mount implements coarse and micrometer focusing. Micrometer focus makes it easy to work with magnifications greater than 40x.
It is used to install the MAGUS Stereo 7BH , Stereo 7TH , Stereo 8BH , and Stereo 8TH microscope heads on the MAGUS UT1 , UT2 , and UT3 stands.
An additional MAGUS P32 mounting pin is required for the MAGUS UT1 and UT3 mounts.
