The MED X/Y Levenhuk calibration slide is an accessory that requires calibration of the image analysis program. Determines the correction factor, so that the program can quickly convert values to different units of measurement. The calibration slide can be used with microscopes of any brand.

The MED X/Y Levenhuk calibration slide is a piece of transparent slide. In the center there is a micrometer scale. The minimum value is 0.01 mm. It features circles of different diameters (1.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.15 mm, and 0.07 mm) on both sides of the scale.

How to use the calibration slide:

1. Attach the slide to the microscope stage.
2. Rotate the revolver to select the work target.
3. Set the camera to shooting mode at full resolution, and then take a picture of the scale.
4. In the image analysis program, select the calibration mode, use the mouse to indicate the maximum visible distance, and then enter the resulting value in real units.
5. Enter the name of the calibration and perform a double check of the values.
6. If everything is done correctly, the program will remember the correction factor and, in the future, independently convert the values to the required units of measurement.
