INTROCAN 18Gx32mm (Green) - SHORT
Intravenous indwelling single-way internal needle catheter in FEP, radiopaque, with fixation fins (Introcan W) or without fixation fins (Introcan). Recommended stay time: 30 days. The duration, however, is subject to change based on the reference guidelines and hospital and institutional protocols.
Introcan Indications:
- Setting up a safe peripheral venous or arterial access
- Transfusions and infusions of infusion solutions applicable via the peripheral venous route.
- Repeated intravenous administration of drugs.
- Repeated blood draws.
- Intraarterial blood pressure measurement.
