The high effectiveness as a detergent and disinfectant even in the presence of organic material (blood, saliva, organic exudates) allows it to be used even on dental instruments. Dirt removal does not require mechanical action. It is active against Gram+ and Gram- bacteria, fungi, mycobacteria and viruses (HIV-HBV-HCV).
