All optical elements of this lens are made of optical polymer glass. It's a lightweight lens to hold. The image offered by the optics is sharp, with no blurring or aberrations. The lens has a variable angle of inclination. There is a LED light right next to the lens. The brightness is adjustable thanks to an in switch on the lens body. Batteries (not included) are required to power the light.
