FLOVAC disposable containers are used for the collection of organic fluids in suction and have been designed and built for "High flow and high vacuum" applications (EN ISO 10079-3 standard).

This system combines simplicity and practicality in use, guaranteeing the greatest safety from contamination both for operators and for suction systems and for the environment, thanks to the use of cutting-edge construction technologies and absolutely reliable materials.

LINER version: consisting of a rigid reusable support container and a disposable collection system, consisting of a bag hermetically sealed to the lid.

This bag must be coupled to its reusable and autoclavable FLOVAC PC support rigid cup.

The FLOVAC system, the result of twenty years of experience in the production of disposable devices for the collection of aspirated fluids, has its most relevant peculiarity in its special hydrophobic GORE Medical Membrane filter.

This filter, in addition to protecting the equipment and/or the vacuum generation system from contamination, acts as an overflow valve, deactivating the suction when the maximum filling level is reached.

The lid houses all the connection ports, which are easily identifiable and cannot be exchanged with each other: the "VACUUM" port for connection to the suction system, the "PATIENT" port equipped with a removable right-angle reduction connector for aspirating fluids containing bone frustules, and the "TANDEM" port, for cascading connection of two or more containers, increasing the collection capacity.

Two caps prepared on the lid allow the hermetic closure of the "PATIENT" and "TANDEM" doors, while, always integrated in the lid, there is a handle to facilitate removal from the support jar, as well as simplifying the transport of the container.

The hermetic seal of the lid makes the disposal phase particularly hygienic, simple and safe, both for the patient and for the personnel responsible for removing and replacing the device itself.

MEMBRANE FILTER
The GORE Medical Membrane Filter is the best answer in terms of hygiene and safety for patients and operators in the field of surgical aspiration. In addition to interrupting suction when the maximum permitted level is reached, the membrane filter guarantees bacterial protection of the hospital vacuum system, with almost absolute efficiency.
