MDR 2017/745 Compliance The LANG STEREOTEST® represents the current standard for stereotests based on random dots, without the need for 3D glasses and with high sensitivity and specificity for stereopsis. The examination combines random dots and a lattice of lenses and is designed for rapid screening of binocular vision in all age groups, including very young children. The card is presented at a reading distance and the patient is asked what he sees while observing eye movements. Recognition of the figures is only possible for subjects who have complete stereopsis, while patients with amblyopia and strabismus (even at a reduced angle) do not pass the test. The LANG STEREOTEST® I shows three stereograms with disparities of 1200, 600 and 400 arcsec. Made in Switzerland.
