Reusable hot-cold gelatin bag.

Heat therapy:
- Hot water: Place the tablet in boiling water for 7 minutes. Remove from the water, dry, place in the protective bag or wrap it with a cloth. Apply to the part to be treated.
- Microwave: Place the tablet in the microwave oven at max. 785-800 watts for a maximum of 2 minutes. Remove from the oven, place in the protective bag or wrap it with a cloth. Apply to the part to be treated.

Cold therapy:
- Freezer: place the freezer tablet for at least 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Remove from the freezer, dry, place in the protective sachet or wrap it with a cloth. Apply to the part to be treated.
