Ingredients
Bulking agent: Dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agent: Vegetable magnesium stearate. Thickener: Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Chromium picolinate*.

How to use
Swallow 2 tablets a day, with water, preferably with meals. Packaged in bottles of 90 bars.

Caution of use
The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, more than 3 weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
