The Ermenrich NetGeeks NP25 is a tester for cables within PoE-powered networks. It is used to set up IP telephony networks, implement IP surveillance systems, connect wireless access points, etc. The Ermenrich NetGeeks NP25 supports all types of PoE devices. It can check the functionality of cables, identify the type of PSE, identify midspan/endspan, and measure power and voltage.
The instrument includes a transmitter and a remote unit. The transmitter needs three standard batteries (not included). Compact and lightweight, the Ermenrich NetGeeks NP25 is easy to operate using just a few buttons. The results of the measurements are shown on the integrated, backlit LCD display. Suitable for testing STP/UTP cables (CAT5, CAT6) and telephone cables. The length of the cables you want to test should not exceed 600 meters.
